Using Anguliyam services

You must ensure all use of our agentic solutions complies with applicable law, internal policies, and these terms. Enterprise administrators are responsible for provisioning authorised users and safeguarding access credentials.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our infrastructure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or data exposure.
• Follow any additional usage parameters defined in an Order Form or Statement of Work.

Customer responsibilities

You retain ownership of your data and represent that you have the rights to supply it. You are responsible for any tooling credentials, third-party systems, or human-in-the-loop reviewers introduced into agent workflows.

• Provide accurate information so we can design safe and effective agents.
• Ensure downstream systems connected to Anguliyam solutions remain compliant.
• Maintain backup copies of customer data unless expressly covered in our contract.

Intellectual property & feedback

Anguliyam retains all rights to the platforms, accelerators, and methodologies we deliver. You grant us a license to use anonymised learnings for improving our services. Feedback you provide may be incorporated without obligation.

Confidentiality & security

Both parties agree to safeguard confidential information with the same degree of care they apply to their own sensitive data. We implement layered security aligned with SOC2 controls and will notify you of material incidents without undue delay.

Evaluation access & beta features

Any preview or beta functionality is provided “as is” and may change without notice. You must not benchmark or publish comparisons without our written consent.

Term, termination & suspension

The Agreement remains in effect until terminated per contractual documents. We may suspend access if payments lapse, usage violates law or policy, or security risk is identified. You may terminate for material breach after providing notice and cure period.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable services in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law. Neither party is liable for consequential or indirect damages.

Governing law & disputes

Unless otherwise specified in your Order Form, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
